First Aid Courses
Imagine: Whilst you are at work a colleague suddenly clutches his
chest, he is unable to breathe and collapses to the ground, unconscious. His lips
start to turn blue.
People rarely give first aid a thought - until the day they need it. The above incident
is the sort of everyday occurrence that could so easily lead to tragedy. With correct
first aid training anyone could, in the short term and until the arrival of the
emergency services, save a life.
Our first aid courses give people real-life skills and confidence that could help
save a life.

Our sessions are a mixture of theory and practical sessions designed to develop
ability and confidence. They are effective and enjoyable. Our fully-trained staff
come from a variety of backgrounds including the fire service, the ambulance services
and nursing. They are skilled in making first aid training practical and enjoyable.
Employers have an obligation under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations
1981 to provide suitable first-aid equipment, facilities and personnel to enable
immediate assistance to be given to staff if they are injured or become ill at work.
This includes training staff in the appropriate first aid skills. From 1 October
2009 new changes to first aid training were introduced to give organisations greater
flexibility. All our accredited courses adhere to the requirements of the HSE. For
