Food Hygiene Courses

All staff who handle food for the public are required to have a suitable level of training under UK food regulations. Our food hygiene courses provide cost-effective ways to train your staff in food safety. Courses are held on your site, at times to suit. They are recognised as evidence of food safety training by inspecting bodies. Many are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

    A 3-hour course covering all you need to know about basic food hygiene. A quick and cost-effective way to train your staff and gain a certificate recognised by inspectors. From £25 for on-site training at a time to suit.

  • Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety

    From £35

    This new format Level 2 course can be completed in 3 hours or 6 hours. Provides full training in food safety for all staff, ideal if you want an accredited qualification.
